      With 16 years of practice and 8 years as a professional yoga teacher, I’ve developed a program that balances consistency and intensity to keep you engaged and achieving results.

      In 2016, I became a certified yoga teacher, though attracting clients wasn't immediate. My aim was to gain teaching hours and enhance my skills, leading me to discover my true passion.

      Since my certification in 2016, I’ve taught over 3,000 hours and helped countless women build strength and resilience. My promise is to help you develop consistent habits for improved health, physical strength, and mental resilience, so you can feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
