I needed help, and I needed a container to be held as I processed, released, reimagined without having to think what am I going to eat or whether I should put some laundry on. I journaled, sat in the sun, moved my body through my favourite and less favourite yoga asanas in the morning heat and the cooling dusk, cocooned in blankets during sound healing and contemplated teachings shared by @yogawithnataliarennie and @becaq.

Meet Your Hosts

NATALIA RENNIE

Natalia is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 536hrs yoga teacher. She has trained in Ashtanga-Vinyasa style yoga through Centred Yoga in Thailand and Vinyasa yoga with Yoga Arts in Bali.

Having delivered close to 2,700 hours of classes in both group and 1-to-1 private sessions, her style integrates different forms of movement with a focus on a meditative flow of breath. Natalia's classes combine precise attention to alignment and anatomical awareness to help the students find more space and develop an intimate understanding of their bodies. Apart from physical attributes, Natalia aspires to include mental and spiritual qualities in her classes. She guides students to focus attention, develop awareness and discover the sensory feel of the body and mind. Expect a safe, nurturing, yet challenging environment to explore your physical and mental boundaries.

REBECA QUINTERO

Rebeca is an experienced and motivated yoga teacher with over 25 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience in Hatha and Vinyasa. She deepened her yoga journey while searching for holistic healing from mental health issues.

Rebeca enjoys teaching in a way that brings introspection and meaning, allowing students to experience the yogic lifestyle on and off the mat for themselves. She does this through creative yet thoughtful vinyasa flows, which vary in themes such as seasonal, lunar, and varying fables and bring awareness to specific body parts, among others. Keeping true to her sense of self, she teaches in an authentic and relatable manner while incorporating her findings through her practice which helps support a deeper understanding of a well-rounded practice that aims to support and benefit every student.
