Hi, I’m Natalia! I’m a yoga teacher with over 16 years of experience,

and I’ve helped hundreds of women in their 40s and beyond build strength, tone muscles, and develop mental clarity. My approach is practical and focused on you, no matter where you are in your journey.

I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in your practice or unsure where to begin. I’ve been there too, and that’s why I created this series.
